In control cabinet construction, components are usually marked with labels. This requires time and nerves. With the new Labelling Processing Center, equipment markings are immediately positioned, printed, and applied correctly.
Supported by the new THM Multimark Labelling Procession Center, the tedious application of labels with screwdrivers or tweezers is no longer necessary. A laser is used to project the label outline onto the product surface without distortion to enable correct alignment of the component. The printing and application process is then started via a foot switch. In just a few seconds, the component is precisely labelled.

The LPC-Tool automates the time-consuming component labelling in cabinet building. By automatically assigning the appropriate DT, it facilitates the work process and enables assistance functions.
The new LPC-Tool eliminates the tedious search for the right label for the component to be labelled. The assistance system, in conjunction with our M-Print® PRO and the connected CAE interfaces, uses the CAE data for software-controlled processing of device labelling in production. The device labelling can be carried out via component scanning, free text filter function or according to FiFo. In this way, the tool enables a reduction in process time through data consistency.
