The new A2C 150/185… versions of our high current terminal blocks are suitable for cross-sections from 25 to 185 mm² and feature the innovative PUSH IN-Power connection technology. When distributing potential from a residual current device to further miniature circuit breakers, the neutral conductor connection between the RCD and miniature circuit breaker must be skipped, depending on the installation device.
Weidmüller phase busbars now support precisely these applications. The three phases of the RCD are bridged here via the neutral conductor connection to the further miniature circuit breakers. The new variants are suitable for distribution of 12 pitch units – i.e. for one RCD plus eight additional miniature circuit breakers. In addition, there are variants for 10 pitch units and correspondingly six miniature circuit breakers.
The practical use of aluminium conductors and in particular the transition to copper conductors often proves to be problematic. With our product portfolio of WPD terminal blocks, you can connect copper and aluminum wires easily and safely.

DIN rails according to DIN EN 60715 are among the few standardized components in control cabinet construction. They are used in almost all industries and serve as a universal carrier for electronic equipment. The Weidmüller portfolio offers a wide range of mounting rail variants with different shapes in various materials.
The new two-tier terminals of the A2T 4 FS and A2T 4 DT series combine up to three functions per terminal. For example, you can choose between "disconnect, continuity, PE" or "fuse, continuity, PE". Sensors and actuators can be wired conveniently and clearly on just one terminal block. The potentials can be fused or also disconnected. Cross-connection channels on each level ensure safe potential distribution on the terminal strip.
Our A3T 1.5 three-level terminal blocks with 3.5 mm pitch meet these requirements. Depending on the variant, they each carry a different or a common potential on three levels. In this way, up to 60 conductors can be contacted and 30 different potentials can be routed on a width of 3.5 cm. In addition, each potential can be connected to the neighbouring terminal block via a ZQV cross-connection. This achieves maximum wiring density.

Klippon® Connect power feed-in terminal blocks WPD allow for an easy and safe installation of aluminium and copper conductors on a small footprint. A power supply or monotoring connection can also be used as an option. Customers can use the power feed-in terminal blocks WPD, regardless of the conductor material. They can be mounted either directly or on DIN rail TS35.
